  Just left here again... girl at drive thru told me to wait out front she would bring my ice cream... I set from 5:51-6:19.. drove back to the window asked for a refund she goes "what did you buy?" I told her remember the ice cream she goes oh they never bought it to you?" Smh NEVER EVER will i again continue to make mistakes by coming here

  Young immature staff... Just came from there today 4:15 pm.. Super immature and reckless I asked for bacon cheddar burger and mushroom burger they gave me two regular burgers smh never again will I come back here, every time I do they mess up or don't have nothing

  Very bad service. Burgers are cold, cheese not melted and they couldn't get my order right after trying two times. Never again. This Checkers gives Checkers a bad name.

  This location has went to sh*t since I last visited. I ordered my food in the drive-thru , was told by one of the cashiers that my wait would be 6 minutes and to pull over to the parking lot after confirming with them that one of the workers would bring the food over. I waited in the car for 15 minutes after getting tired of the wait and watching new customers instantly retrieving their food. I went inside where you order, the workers spared me no attention for another 5 minutes before one of the workers took pity on the disgruntled customer and opened the window to ask if they "could help me?". I repeated my order and that I was told to wait and it's been a while. They said OK, closed the window and went back to making sandwiches for other customers. After another five minutes went by, I'm so over it now, I knock on the window, another worker who admittedly was sweet, asked how they could help me. I calmly asked why was it taking so long when others have already gotten their food. They told me to hold on, got the initial worker who took my orders attention and ask about my order. They chuckle and say "it's over there." WTF? I finally get my forgotten food and they didn't even include a receipt. By that point, I knew I would go off so I just took my food and left with a "have a goodnight" even though they effed up a simple transaction. Terrible customer service. Its not rocket science. Treat people like you would want to be treated, especially paying customers. Management needs to better train these workers.
